Reservations are required for both weekdays, as well as, your weekend getaway in Maryland.  A two-night minimum stay is required for all guest rooms with a three-night minimum stay required for the Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Waterfowl Festival Weekends. 

We will accommodate guests on an overnight basis, but payment for a two-night stay (three-night stay for holiday & special event weekends) is required.

Payment:
To guarantee reservations, a deposit equal to 50% of stay is required. All deposits are applied to the last night of reserved stay. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival date or in the event of early departure. We are happy to accept personal checks, traveler’s checks, money orders, and cash to guarantee your reservation. We regret that we are unable to accept credit cards, at this time, to guarantee your reservation, but will accept credit cards at check-out in settlement of your stay. All major credit cards are accepted. 
 
Check-in time is 4:00 - 5:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. We are happy to accommodate arrivals after 5 PM with prior arrangements. You must contact us should you plan to arrive later than 5 PM, so that we may make arrangements to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit, less a $35 processing charge, is refundable if your reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

Room Rates:
Room rates quoted are per night and are in U.S. Dollars, and include our sumptuous breakfast, but do not include the 6% Maryland State Tax and 4% Talbot County Accommodations Tax. Guest room rates for single or double occupancy per room are $185 and $195 per night, plus taxes. Room rates are subject to change prior to reservation acceptance.

Occupancy:
We have only one guestroom which is rated for a maximum occupancy of three, Clintonia's Room, (third individual at an additional $35.00 per night, plus taxes); our other four guest rooms are rated for a maximum of double occupancy, perfect for a romantic getaway. We do not provide nor do we permit cots, rollaway, air mattresses, or bed rolls for guest rooms due to our strict adherence to fire code policy. 

Restrictions:
Regrettably unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age. No pets, please. The Bishop's House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside only.
